Shipping

We ship via FedEx to any U.S. street address.  Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours.  Please note that orders placed on the weekend will not ship until the following business day.   

Returns Policy

You may initiate a return of most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee.  All returns require a return authorization number.

• Products that have been written on, or cannot be resold, will not be refunded.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of partial cases of gloves.
• Defective products will be accepted back and credited upon confirmation of defect.

To initiate a return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return authorization number.  Please ship your return promptly.  A refund to your original method of payment is issued once we've received and processed the returned item.

Cenergen will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) only.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
